EB5申请流程（EB PROCESS）

1、投资者收到投资项目文件包
   Investors given the Offering Documents describing the    
   invwsment project

2、投资者签署文件簿册
   Investor signs the Offering Documents

3、投资者将500,000美元汇入安全的托管账户，并支付行政管理费 
   和法律费
   Investor deposits $500,000 USD into a secure escrow account   
   and pays administrative and legal fees

4、向美国移民局（USCIS）提交I--529申请
   I--529 application submitted to United States Citizenship
   and immigration Services（“USCIS”）

5、将500,000美元从托管账户转出，用于项目投资，是投资者优先
   进入移民申请程序
   Escrow account releases $500,000 USD to the project

6、提交I--829申请，移除投资人的条件绿卡限制
   I--829 application submitted to remove conditions on
   investor’s Green Card

7、I--829申请批准后，项目开展第五年或之前，投资人收回500,000
   美元投资本金
   After approval of their I--829，typically within 5 years， 
   investor is returned their $500,000 USD
